Reports, presentations and reflections from a regional meeting of Asian experts and practitioners working in the field of community-engaged arts (CEA) held in Dec 2015 in Georgetown, Penang. The 3-day meeting focused on knowledge exchange in the area of networking, capacity building, funding and policy, as well as curating and producing CEA projects.
